The BSCC 2025-2026 comprehensive inspection (facility inspected December 2, 2025) found noncompliance with Title 15 §1029 (the facility administrator's annual review and record of security measures), among other items.
That same report records that, despite efforts to schedule it, the jail had not been inspected by the local fire authority within the previous two years, and that the County Health Officer found minor issues in a November 2024 inspection.
