- The sheriff's site names the Maries County Detention Center and publishes a live in-custody roster, so the named and roster checks are met. Its Jail Division page carries only a one-sentence description, with no bed count, visiting rules, bond guidance or commissary and phone rates.
- The county site publishes no budget and no commission minutes; it says agendas are posted on a courthouse bulletin board and on Facebook. No board of visitors report or grand jury jail report could therefore be examined.
