Missouri's 1940 Nonpartisan Court Plan covers the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals statewide, but at circuit level it applies in only six jurisdictions - Clay, Greene, Jackson, Platte, St. Louis County and St. Louis City. - The sheriff's office runs its own domain, stonecountymosheriff.com, which counts as first-party and was read in full; its jail staff use stonecountymo.gov email addresses. It names the jail, its administrator and its phone line, and publishes a live current-inmate roster (84 listed when opened).
- The county government site, stoneco-mo.us, refused the automated fetch, so no commission page, minutes, budget, board of visitors report or grand jury jail report could be examined; those are recorded as not found rather than absent.
- No bed count, daily population figure, bond guidance, phone or commissary rate, PREA audit or housing contract was found on the sheriff's site.
