- Saline County's own domain (co.saline.ne.us) migrated to salinecountyne.gov during this research; every attempted fetch 302-redirected to the new domain's homepage without provenance, and the new domain could not be unlocked because the group's WebSearch budget was exhausted first. Only county seat and courthouse address (from the Nebraska Association of County Officials' own directory page) are recorded for Saline; every other field is an honest 'Not found'/'no' rather than an invented one.
- State-layer finding applies: Neb. Rev. Stat. 83-4,131 requires Jail Standards Board inspection with a written report to the county's governing body within 30 days, but no state agency publishes it and none was found published on the county's own site.
