- PUBLIC TRUST FLAG: Logan County lists a 'Logan County Jail Trust Authority' among its boards and commissions. It meets quarterly at the Courthouse Annex, 312 E Harrison, Guthrie; listed members are Monty Piearcy, Damon Devereaux, Steve Hampton, Darrin Martin and Roy Counts.
- Most transparent of the ten counties in this group: it is the only one that publishes a jail capacity figure (198 beds), a PREA policy document, a bondsmen list, and a county budget section (including /203/County-General-Fund-Budget, /202/Monthly-Expenditures, /275/Sales-Tax-Revenues).
