APPOINTED SHERIFF: Anthony Louie was appointed August 31, 2023 after the previous sheriff resigned, and later stood for election. His office's own page says he was elected in June 2025; the State Election Board's 2024 roster lists him among officers elected at the November 5, 2024 general election.
