- PUBLIC TRUST: The Oklahoma State Auditor & Inspector describes the Tillman County Law Enforcement Center as 'a public trust authority'; the county pays jail staff from a 'Jail' fund made up of money received 'per agreement from the Tillman County Law Enforcement Center'.
