- Guadalupe County is the largest county in this group by population (172,706 at the 2020 Census) and holds the second-largest jail population, 469 people on 1 August 2026. It publishes nothing about that jail on its own website.
- The county's own site is substantially broken. The home page renders, but the links it carries to the Commissioners Court broadcast and agendas (/commcourt/granicus.php), financial transparency (/transparency/transparency.php), the county auditor's budgets page (/auditor/budgets.php), elections (/elections/index.php) and the FY24 and FY25 budget PDFs all return 404. The Granicus portal the home page points to also returns 404.
