- Nine of the ten checks fail. Hudspeth County's own site says nothing whatever about custody: no jail page, no jail entry in the County Directory, no roster, no bond guidance, no fees.
- The Sheriff's Office site linked from the county page (https://hudspethsheriff.org/) is a five-item page with an auction listing and outbound state links; it has no jail section.
- The county does have a Bail Bond Board page in its navigation (https://www.co.hudspeth.tx.us/page/BailBonds) but it is not guidance on posting bond.
