This is the thinnest county record in the group, and part of the reason is technical: jackcounty.org is serving an expired TLS certificate, so every page except the homepage refused to load. A county website that browsers and tools reject is itself a transparency finding.
Even the homepage, which does load, names only the four commissioners. There is no County Judge, no Sheriff, no courts and no jail anywhere on it.
