- McCulloch publishes a live roster and a deep budget archive (proposed and adopted pairs back to 2012-2013) but never names or locates the jail.
- The FY2025-2026 adopted budget's index lists "County Jail ... 29" as a department, so a jail budget exists inside the document; the pages themselves are scans and the figures are not extractable.
- Thirteen McCulloch inmates were housed in other counties on 1 Aug 2026 while the county's own 66-bed jail ran at two-thirds. Nothing about that arrangement or its cost is published.
- The JP page carries the district judge's bail-setting designation order, which is more than most counties in this group publish about who sets bond.
