The county's own JP page states that the justice of the peace "performs the functions of a magistrate" — the office that sets bond at first appearance. The County Judge's page posts a TJCTC Magistration Training certificate dated 18 June 2026, so the County Judge also magistrates.

- Roster scored 'yes': the Sheriff page's "Inmate List" link opens a live in-custody list on a vendor domain (interopweb.com) showing name, sex, height, weight, arrest date, arresting agency, days in jail, total bond and per-warrant charges and bond amounts. It read "Page 1 of 3 (26 items)" on 22 August 2026. The list is not hosted on a county domain, but it is the county's own published list and it is live.
