- Douglas County is one of the Washington counties with no jail of its own. Its adult prisoners are held at the Chelan County Regional Justice Center in Wenatchee, which Chelan County describes as serving Chelan and Douglas County Superior and District Courts and East Wenatchee Municipal Court.
